Arizona Care Hospice, founded in Fountain Hills in August 2015, expanded services to Payson in 2016 and Prescott in 2019, providing trusted hospice care across Central and Northern Arizona. Backed by 40+ years of combined healthcare experience, our team delivers expert, compassionate hospice and end-of-life care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Many of our caregivers also bring personal experience as family members supporting loved ones with life-limiting illnesses, giving them a deeper understanding of the emotional and practical challenges families face when considering hospice care versus curative treatment options.
