Arizona Care Hospice | Caring For Each Other

Your Care.
Our Passion.

Every moment matters and our family of hospice & healthcare professionals are committed to creating opportunities for patients and families to fully enjoy and experience life’s final moments.

If you or your loved one is experiencing a life-limiting illness, we’d love the opportunity to provide the care you deserve.

Our Mission

Dignity | Comfort | Peace

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for a person facing a life-limiting illness through pain and symptom control, emotional, and spiritual support and we believe that our patients and patient families are integral decision-making members of the hospice team in planning and receiving care.

Choosing Arizona Care Hospice means making a choice for an alternative to hospitalization; a choice that affirms life, neither hastens nor postpones death, and supports patients and patient families. A choice for hospice regards dying as a normal process at life’s end; one that allows for dignity and comfort for our patients.

Locally Owned & Operated

While alternative hospice choices are owned by large, out-of-state corporations, we live and work in the community we support. Our staff is actively involved in the community and we’re local residents.

Available 24/7

We’re here to help when and where you need us. We’re on-call 24/7 for patient needs and our care includes regular quality assurance and thorough care management and support.

A Comprehensive Program

Our holistic approach provides support for patients, loved ones, and caregivers through the end-of-life experience and beyond.

Our Experience

Many of our staff have also been family members and caregivers of those faced with life-limiting illness with first-hand professional and personal experiences.
